Forged pin

I made 1.6mm square bar wire forged it and solder the plate of petals. As you can see on figure 1 below the flat part of the pin is thin and the thick part is where the pin curves. The pin is not the same size. The forged wire weighs 1.2g and whole tie pin weighs 4.6g.
